Was worried about all the negative reviews but I had a great experience with kay from ordering to shipping and beyond when ups left the package three doors down at my neighbors house...luckily I went on a treasure hunt after ups said it was delivered and found it..
But even when I called Kay thinking it was not delivered. They were absolutely nothing but understanding and apologetic and I am strongly recommending kay..my experience (other than UPS) was fantastic!!

I have purchased three times through this jeweler since the pandemic arose and I must say that I am exceptionally pleased with the variety and elegance of styles, and the stone choices available in sterling silver settings for those who prefer this metal. Additionally, the time from order placement to arrival at my door is nothing short of impressively professional,,, especially considering the amount of economic and social upheaval which tails in the wake of the medical crisis taking place.
