"Found the right ring quickly"
I was surprised by how many rings Kay had in stock. I looked through a few different sizes and styles, and most of what I wanted to check out was actually available. That made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. I also appreciated that they seemed prepared instead of wasting my time, which I think is just the right way to treat customers. No complaints from me.

"Easy to order, but shipping dragged a bit"
Ordering online was straightforward and checkout didn’t give me any trouble, which I appreciated. The only thing that bugged me was the shipping took a little longer than I expected, so I was starting to get impatient. The ring did look great once it finally arrived, though.

"Nice repair, just took a bit longer than expected"
I brought my ring in for a repair and overall they did a good job. When I got it back, it looked great and the repair seemed solid. The only thing was that it took longer than they originally told me, so I was checking in and waiting a bit more than I expected. Still, the work itself was good, so I’m happy with the end result

I waited around for way too long and nobody really seemed interested in helping me. The staff came off kind of rude, actually, and the whole experience was frustrating.

"So glad I had the protection plan"
I had to use my protection plan because one of the stones in my ring came loose, i was nervous it was going to turn into a whole stressful thing. But kay made it really easy. They handled it quickly, didn’t give me any weird runaround, and kept me in the loop, which made me feel a lot better. When I got my ring back, it looked great. I’m genuinely relieved I bought the plan.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a good experience. The only downside was that the upselling felt a bit pushy at times. I’d still recommend them, especially if you know what you want going in.

"I was expecting the return process to be..."
I was expecting the return process to be a hassle, but it ended up being simple. The refund took a few days to show up, which made me a little nervous at first, but support was really helpful and kept me updated. In the end, I felt relieved and genuinely appreciated the help.
"Resizing was fine, but the process dragged a bit"
I sent my ring in through Kay to get resized, and to be fair, it did come back fitting much better. The staff at the store were friendly enough and walked me through the paperwork, so at the start it seemed straightforward.
The part that bothered me was the timing and communication. It took longer than what I was originally told, and I mostly had to call to find out what was going on. Reading between the lines, it felt like the resize itself was handled okay, but the follow-through could’ve been a lot smoother

"Really happy with this ring"
I ordered a ring from kay.com and it was nicer than I expected. The stones look really clean, and the ring has a good weight to it, it doesn’t feel cheap at all. I’ve worn it quite a bit already and it still looks brand new. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably recommend checking them out if you’re looking for something similar

"Prices are really just okay"
Kay does have some really nice stuff, and I’ve found a few pieces I liked, but the prices can feel a little high for what you’re actually getting. The sales do help sometimes, but I still usually check other stores before I buy. It’s not bad overall, really, just not always the best value...

"Pretty jewelry, but the process wasn’t perfect"
I ordered a diamond ring and a small sapphire necklace from Kay, both looked even better in person than I expected. The diamond was really bright and clear, not cloudy at all, and the sapphire had a nice deep blue color that stood out without looking too flashy. I was nervous about ordering jewelry online, but the quality was definitely there. That said, the shipping updates were a little slow and I wish the packaging felt a bit more special for the price. Still, I’m happy with what I got and would probably order from them again.
